Okay maybe that didn't sound so good. I find that American literature is rather poor. . . on sports cars too. I think a big interest is British imported cars and how to get them here Tracks to race on affordably. Who to deal with, where to get imported cars serviced. . . ? Roads that are twisty? Karting? How to move to England affectivly, taxes, citizen ship, etc?
Honestly, I have had a few beer tonight and I'm trying to figure out how to move to England for studies in Archi. or a job in finance?! But of course, no replacement for displacement.

Easy. Go to a school here in the US that has a study abroad program for your major, just have to look on their website or catalogue to find that out.
OR
Apply directly to a UK school through UCAS (I think that's what it's called), but you have to demonstrate that you can pay the cost of education and living before customs will let you in.

That's a bit harder. You can get in if you are in a highly skilled or profession that is in need. Your chances of getting in are virturally null if there are plenty of people already there that can do the job.

I could rant on what a pain the Missouri government is to get a Noble titled and licensed. That might just scare people though Oh well so much for that topic.
How's the process coming? Must be a pain, but also a great experience having a car that no one knows about though. I bet it redefines the word attention.
I've gotten the inspection done by the State police. In turn the paper work was sent to the state capital and I have received my paperwork back. I'm waiting for the State police to get THEIR paperwork back as it will contain my state VIN number (another couple weeks probably). After that I'll be able to start the process to get my "official" title and get plates.
Maybe for Christmas if I'm lucky
On the plus side as you noted, the car does receive a ton of compliments. Even went by the local Lotus dealer to compare/contrast the Lotus Elise. They were great and realize the "total driver connection" that both cars strive for. Glad I got the Noble though as I'm not sure I'd fit in the Elise.
So in short... s l o w process but still lovin' the car.

Got pulled over just once so far. I merely handed him one sheet of car documentation at a time explaining what it was and how the state used it for the process. At about the 4 sheet he almost laughing and told me to go.
As long as they know you're trying to do the right thing.
