Car Show vs Hurricane Sandy

Well despite the passing hurricane Sandy, the Charleston, SC, British Car Show went ahead with the sort of weather expected of a British Car Show in England in the summer.....lol Turn out was low as would be expected but about 20 cars and owners braved the weather. The weather was damp with light rain and a stiff breeze, but nothing to get worried about down here. I braved it and took my Reliant Scimitar.

Any of you PH'ers further up the east coast I hope you do OK.

Some nice old British cars there but I didn't think Sandy had even got there yet.

It should come ashore late tomorrow or sometime on Tuesday well north of Virginia. We have a guy in Tampa who drives a Morris Minor tourer around during the winter months and it is mint. Will get a photo when i see the car at Publix next time!
