Anyone in the Path of Irene..?

From the number of texts and mails I have received from UK - There is obviously a lot of coverage over there for Hurricane Irene.

Currently in North Carolina.. 80 DegF and no wind at all..
I am inland from the beach in Raleigh.

Is anyone in the path..?
It doesn't look good for those farther North on the coast - but there doesn't seem to be anything here as yet.

Great friend lives in Wilmington NC and could not get down to Florida....but no real damage there. He usually gets some pretty serious action during the season. Here in West Florida nothing unusual.
