Quaintest Kent seaside town?
Discussion
As a kid my grandparents lived in Broadstairs. I spent many summer school hols there. There used to be a couple of beaches that stayed quiet and were mostly used by locals doubt they are still quiet now though. I'm still drawn to the area though childhood memories and all that. Working in Margate a few weeks ago. Can't believe whats happened to that area
Although it has already been mentioned and whilst only just out of kent, RYE would get my vote considering your original post ie food, beer, beach, quaintness.
plenty of good restuarants, fish & chips, italian etc etc, good drinking - pubs and bars, beach, well camber is only a couple of miles away so you could head there first then pop into Rye for beer and food, as for quaintness, Rye probably has it over others mentioned here.
