Wedding Cars - anyone with a good memory

I seem to remember a post from a few years back where a guy from Pistonheads (based in Essex) was putting together a number of people who were willing for their cars to be used for weddings / special occasions. The car would be driven by the owner and the driver would pay the guy who was setting this up a commission (at least I think that's how it worked??!!) for the work.

I've tried searching but can't find it anywhere so was wondering if anyone else remembers it and whether he got anywhere as I have a good friend that needs a wedding car in March but is on a limited budget.
