'HVAC Matt' does a fair few, quite often at Car Limits at North Weald.

brands hatch is close to essex or snet (ok if you have 300+ bhp). Just book a date and ask in the track day section. normaly 3/4 people from Ph are at most track days. Northloop.com is a good place to plan track days and get good discount

The is a vw club that have a meeting every last wednesday at Brands Hatch, this wednesday they is 3 20 min track sessions with slots available
