Unmarked black Citroen ds3 on the m2!?!?

Saw a ds3 sport, black, white roof had pulled over someone on the m2. Still had the blues flashing.
Just shows what crafty wotsits Kent police are.
Anyone else seen this? Its the last car you'd expect to be driven by the 5-0
