Recommend me a bodyshop - mid / north Essex

Some Scrote dragged a housebrick across the bonnet of my XJ last night leaving several down to the metal scratches. and lots of samller scuffs and swirls.

Anyone got any suggestions where to take it to be repaired and painted?
