Have you been clamped by LBS Enforcement and had to pay high charges to get your car back? If you you paid; did they give you a receipt? Did the clamper tell you that that the charge was plus VAT?
The VAT number may have been false and is not the VAT number of LBS Enforcement. If you still have the receipt; please check the VAT number with the Inland Revenue. If it is a false number; please photocopy the receipt and hand it in to Southend on sea CID.

LBS Enforcement LTD's registered address is a PO Box.
Their trading address is that of an accountants.
They haven't filed any accounts since 2008.
They also have 28 CCJ's totalling £17k+, they seem to average 3-4 CCJ's a month of varying amounts. They've not paid a single one.
The Directors addreses listed are also the same PO Box as the 'registered address'.

If you find the 'Stop Wheel Clamping' group on Facebook; someone has posted pictures, names and home addresses of the directors of LBS! It looks like they cannot hide from the people they have ripped off.Their trading address is that of an accountants.

The Essex Police have done a 24 hour U-turn and now are going to investigate the criminal activities of LBS Enforcement. However it will only work if you report the crimes. Have you had your car towed by LBS? Do you have a receipt with the Barclays Bank VAT number on it? Are you a whistleblower? The Police will need all the evidence they can get to nail this scum.
