Hi guys i recently bought myself a 350z which i love and i was wondering if any locals had a idea where some good places are to practice drifting on tarmac. Not public roads obviously, im thinking of car parks or any open spaces. I'm not one to draw attention to myself if i can help it so i dont want to go anywhere where the noise of skidding would upset anyone or make me look like a chavvy, mcdonalds car park loitering knob!.
I often practice on a grass field near me and i think its a bit too easy really as you dont get that resistance that you get with tarmac. I also have a pair of rear bridgestones which are on the wear limiters so would like to send them out in style and practice before i change them in a month or so.

I did do a caterham drift course at brands last year which was great, i just want to try the zed out now!

Thanks very much

Dave

Try Car Limits at North Weald airfield, good value for money & nice & safe.

Ha ha no i dont think i could bring myself to skid around in a supermarket carpark!

Ive looked at lydd, it is a karting circuit with very little run off so i wouldnt like to take the zed there to learn, just in case the inevitable happens.

Thanks for the suggestions though!
