The evenings are just begining to get lighter now so we might just have a chance to get the big toys out.biggrin

The Lodge was'nt too busy last time so we had a great table in the restaraunt burger or "The posh side" as we call it. Its a good place to meet.

So why not come and see us at the Lodge at South Woodham Ferrers have a chat with a few like minded car enthusiasts. We have had excellent turn outs and plenty of first timers. So put the date in your diary Thursday 18th March
There is good quality economically priced food and plenty of parking space. The link below provides directions. There are generally folks there from about 7:15pm.

We would be pleased to see you all and if you haven’t been before dont worry its always good to meet new people, just turn up you will be very welcome.

Not sure I can make this as I'm heading to Cheltenham races.

On a positive note the Exige should be back next weekend so I can happily hand back the Boxster.

Make sure you dont spend all your money on the Gee Gee's
BTW, how does the Porka compare with the Exige?,or is that a daft question

Porka is a great everyday car, easy to drive, smooth engine and pretty refined. Heated seats and decent heater means I've driven it roofless quite a lot over the past few weeks.

It is however pretty slow and dull compared the Exige with little sense of occasion when behind the wheel. Don't get me wrong I'd happily have one as my every day transport.
