I was just wondering if we Kentish people have an official breakfast ma giggy. The only reason I as is that most other areas seem to, I know there's the "blue crew" and was just wondering if anyone fancided some greasy spoon to cure that winter shopping thing called Christmas.
The Blue Club is more a spontaneous thing whereby those of us with withdrawal symptoms decide we need to get out there. We don't have anything official/regular AFAIK.If it's breakfast you want there is no better place anywhere in Kent than this. Been using it for our club meets for the last couple of years. It's a biker cafe and they always have the best tucker. Of course that does mean it gets pretty crowded.

Village don't do breakfast but they do have a starbucks.
Kings Coffee in Kings Hill do a very big cooked breakfast. Not cheap but filing.
J8 is alright but it is not cheap and the food quality is a tad questionable.
I need you all to go somewhere central.... then I can plan in a speed check....
Kidding.

I can vouch for the oakdene only thing is the car park is very undulated (pot holed). Def can't complain about food
The car park isn't too bad tbh. The section by the fence is OK but the middle bit between the two entrances is slightly iffy. The real PITA is the entrances themselves. I have to negotiate them at 0.5mph or risk ripping off my front splitter. That said the ride height on my car is far from standard. There is always the lay-by on the opposite side of the A20 for those who prefer. Sunday breakfast time usually means there aren't many artics parked up. Don't know King's Coffee's prices but the set breakfast at the Oakdene is £4.50 and the special is £6.50 - the latter is a BIG plate!
