Link : Essex Police Camera Locations

While reading a post in the GG section, I've learned that the Police need to advertise where their cameras will be at least a week in advance. Being a non-believer I doubted this and clicked over to their website, where they do indeed list the locations.
Sadly they aren't hugely specific, and the list won't make you bulletproof, but for anyone planning a hoon or a Sunday run out it is probably worth a quick click - obviously for no other reason than to remind yourself of the dangerous roads that these places have and that adhering to the speed limit is of paramount importance.

Hopefully the link works (not sure if the .php bit will get updated) - but you can get there from their website.
Apologies of this is old news.

As I was approaching home and turned into my road ( which is a big cul de sac) I got really frustrated to see a marked police car checking speeds of people driving by. What annoyed me the most was not because they were doing speed checks..but rather parked on the side of the road blocking exit of the cul de sac for the residents...I really wished I had my camera to take a photo of them....saying that, They would probley have nicked me on "terroist" charges hehehe.
