Sunday Service Essex Convoy - 1/11/09?

Is there an Essex convoy planned at all?

Alright then, I don't mind going the slightly longer way around the M25

No doubt just an excuse to go through the tunnel on the way back?

Thurrock services is a good start,plenty of space,toilets,coffee,if you get there early.I'm in, just post leaving time.Also post this on the events page if you want a good convoy.Steve.

Yep I'm up for meeting at Thurrock services. Will be convoying up with aforementioned 350z as well from Southend. Any ideas what time people are thinking of meeting?

Leave Thurrock at 7am quick sprint to Clacket Lane Services.Leave Clacket Lane with the others 7.30am.

Not sure I can be arsed to get there at 7am most people don't arrive til after 10 anyhow

Was thinking more like 8am for getting to Thurrock and then wandering off after 15 or 20 minutes.

Fair point but I went along to the very first SService and arrived mega-early - think there were only 6-7 cars in the Tonbridge Station carpark when we got there - and one of the best bits was watching all the motors turn up!

If you are planning to meet up with everyone at Clacket Lane(The more the merrier), could you stick your name/car on the list in the convoy thread below, so we all know whos coming and hopefully no one will get left behind.

You lot are starting to sound like a bunch of Sunday drivers. Will you be driving like them all the way?

Where's the dedication to the cause? I must admit the earlier the better as the roads start clogging up as the morning goes on.

I would hope the convoy will be well behaved and stick to the limits, otherwise I'll be making my own way there or convoying with the 'sunday driver' PH contingent
