Plumber required...............

Can anyone recommend me a good plumber in mid Essex (Chelmsford ish)....started up the central heating yesterday as a pre winter check and can't get the downstairs radiators to heat up only the upstairs. I've tried to balance them up but without much success. After a search on interweb it looks like maybe a pump giving up.............

Guessing it's a gravity system if the pumps not run since heating last on ? Best bet is to try and free off pump by either turning it on and whacking it (highly technical this 
) or remove the big screw cap on the front face and using a small blade elec screwdriver give the rotor a manual crank over.It will drip but not gush when you open it up so be ready
