Why the heck is the sliproad still closed, does anyone know? They finished it ages ago, there's been no-one working there for ages and it's still coned off. the kids are back at school soon so there'll be loads more cars going through in the morning and there's no sign of it opening soon!

Everyday it annoys me!!! The only thing I can think of is that it may have to be inspected by some one who is 'very important' and too busy to have a look yet.

I wish had the balls to park up at night and move all the cones, it would only take a minute or 2.... but I dont so i'll keep moaning about it. grrrr....

Puzzles me also, perhaps they need to put down signage or roadmarkings.

i must admit i have contemplated parking up and lobbing all the cones in the hedge! I'm wondering if it's too tight a corner and that's why the "closed for safety reasons" sign is up. I wonder how long before some plum loses it on that corner when it eventually does open!

I see the idiots (Highways dept) have now coned off the other side of this lane now, presumably to widen it or something!?
What I find sooooo hard to understand is that nothing has been done during the school holidays, and as soon as traffic is about to increase - they bring out more roadworks!!
Utter utter idiots!!! It begs the question if any of the muppets at the Highways dept actually drive??!!

I saw that this morning, it's going to be a nightmare! As you say, why did they not do it during the holidays?

Yippeeeee!!!
It turns out they wasn't going to widen anything!
We were waiting for the Muppets to pull some weeds out on the verge!
I just find it so hard to comprehend that we had to wait 6 < 8 weeks when all they had to do was some weeding!

The worrying thing is that the "people" who are making these simple decisions are running this country!!
