Seeing as i started posting i should introduce myself, My names Gaz i drive a 2003 Cupra r leon, wife is amanda who drives a 2000 plate cupra leon. We do Le Mans trips as well but had to miss out this year as Amanda was ill

I'm also from Sittingbourne, and do boot over the bridge to the isle of stty quite a bit when i'm back. Mainly because Tescos seems to have the best petrol in the area!

I used to live on the island but I escaped last year and now live in Maidstone.

(and have endless fun laughing at the chavs in Lockmeadow behind my flat complex )

Depends where you are in sittingbourne to be honest.

Used to live on the Island as a kid but to young to remember, then Lordswood, then Maidstone. I am not in Sittingbourne near Tunstall and it is very nice. I still work in maidstone and have lots of friends in Maidstone but the biggest problem in recent years in the number of flats being built, and the fact that Maidstone town centre in an evening is full of scum

I'm also from Sittingbourne (well Iwade which is just outside), Sittingbourne is such an odd town, its surrounded by some of the nicest countryside and Villages (some very expensive) in Kent, yet the town centre is a complete dive, no decent shops, rubbish night life and generally a haven for Chav Scum, every time I go out in the evenings in Sittingbourne I see some kind of brawl.

Hopefully the regeneration they're planning will sort things out for the better.

But it’s good to see there are so many PHers nearby!
