Really hoping someone can help me here - I recently ordered a new shower door for the ensuite but then decided to knock down a wall and make the shower bigger, so I don't need the original door anymore. Problem is that the company I bought it off won't accept it as a return as it isn't in the original packaging as (as per their T&C's) I opened it up to inspect in on delivery. The co is being really arsey about it and have pissed me off massively.

The door is still in the box but I need to get some of that plastic outer-packaging that shrinks to the box before I can return it.

Does anyone know anyone who might be able to do this for me or where I might be able to get it done? Am obviously happy to pay, as otherwise its £250 down the drain frown

You could try Stansted or your local airport. last time I flew from Stansted there was a machine in the checking in area which had a tube of heat shrink film which you could put you baggage/case in then heat shrink it so the theiving bar**rds at the destination baggage handling couldn't nick all your stuff.

Pincher, try these people, if they can't do it they might know someone who can.

Cheers - it's the thick plastic stuff that goes round cardboard boxes I am looking for, so will give the guys in Bas a call. The airport style stuff isn't going to be good enough I don't think.

Thanks for the offer Gaz but it's thicker than the stuff used on pallets - more like the sort of stuff that cases of lager are sometimes wrapped in and heat-shrunk onto the box.

I've found a place in Braintree that will do it for £40 and I might take them up on it, so that I can get one over on this Company that won't accept the return.
