I have an interview there on Friday at the County Hall (p/code CM1 1QH).

Parking wise, is it a nightmare? Anyone with a local knowledge recommend somewhere I can leave the car?

Thanks

Put the postcode into Google maps. Immediately below the arrow is an upright oblong box with squiggly lines in it. That's a multi-storey car park. (and your best bet!)

ETA Called High Chelmer MSCP.

Known locally as multi storey car spares, or just park in the Meadows open air car parks and take a walk up the high street, or if your heading up from south essex get the park and ride into town.

Park and Ride (A 12 Maldon turnoff) may be your best bet. Chelmsford is often congested and parking is expensive. Buses from the P&R have a dedicated lane almost into town avoiding most of the delays. Only problem with the P&R is it tends to fill up pretty early. Whatever get into Chelmsford with plenty of time to spare.

Thank you people.

I'm travelling up from Kent, Google reckons about an hour.

I'll probably double that to make sure.

Will just go with the multi-storey as it appears to be right next door.
