Where to get a spoiler sprayed up in NW Kent?

I have a spoiler that I need spraying up (solid black, no metallics) - any local recommendations?

Also, a ball park price would be good. It's got a rubber section that needs masking off (tried to take it apart but the bolts have rusted up and will just shear). Got quoted £150 by a place in the Midlands
