Essex car meet , sunday 1st Feb at Halfway house
Discussion
We'll be meeting at the halfway house A127/A128 from noon this sunday (feb 1st) normaly get the Datsun club and the cobra club turn up on this day so there's normaly always some thing nice to look at. so if any of you P/H guys fancy a pint and a nag please feel free to pop along.
We've been doing this meet for about 3 years now (1st sunday of the month) and obviously it depends on the weather as to how many cobs show on the day.

Hi Trace
me cobs been gone for over a year now m8. the chims slowly taking shape, done the cossy brake upgrade, got the new wheels and fitted a new hood, it's due in to the painters for a colour change this saturday so it probably wont be at this months meet.
be good to see you again, pop along if you get the chance, now we can talk TVR's instead of boring ol cobras lol

Good to meet some of you guys earlier, sorry for not being very sociable over lunch, my friend didn't want to chat cars after spanking his new Elise into a bridge a few weeks ago.
AdamD, I'm guessing it was you following me on my detour route back to Chelmsford? Was taking it easy as I couldn't put the power down in 2nd or 3rd without wheelspin.

Ah yes that was me, I turned up rather late ~2pm and hadn't a clue what any of you looked like in the pub . Thought I'd go for a drive to charge the batteries up and couldn't face another dull plod along the A127 so followed you and looped back round via billericay and noak hill
Car looked nice, was secretly hoping you would give it more beanz so I could hear it on song

No probs alex, not one of the biggest turnouts for the meet but then again it was snowing quite heavily at times, so I'm a bit surprised that we had as many turn up as we did.
sorry we missed you Adam, we normaly hang about in the car park naggin and we try to walk over and introduce ourselfs to any newbies to make them feel welcome, but it was just to piggin cold on sunday, after about half an hour we had to retreat back in to the pub to thaw out. hopefully meet you next month (next meet 1st March)
