Heavy Rain = Pot Holes M25 J27-28

Traveling on the M25 today between J27 and J28 clockwise and anti-clockwise, I spotted numerous sizeable pot holes in lane 1 and 2. As if the SPECS weren't enough for enforcing speed limits. 
The rain was so bad today, if you were doing 70, you'd do well to miss them. I was doing 60, keep P&J safe!!!
Another note - AVOID London Taxi's in heavy rain on the M25. Spotted 2 of them at different times of the day in different locations, spun off possibly due to aquaplaning. BiB present, no other vehicles present.
Highways Agency and Police have been informed of pot holes.
