My Friend's the best welder and fabricator you'll find, and he's in Frinton-on-Sea (near Clacton on Sea, Essex).
He can make panels from scratch, by hand and is a real artist of his trade.
He's recently done a set of sills for Merc Gullwing, and hand-made door panels for Ferrari 250GTO, amongst other things, and is currently working on my fathers XJS Cabriolet.
He's VERY VERY good, but extremely reasonable in price (you'd be suprised actually).
