varadero help 125

hi,

just brought my self a 04 varadero 125 sat for 18 months in garage for 200 notes needs a few minor things sorted to get it mot
worthy is there any one here that might be able to give me some info so i can do some of the work myself

to keep the cost down

back brakes squeeks and whines when moved - lacked on possably not sure

wont just tick over but know it needs new battery

needs oil change

these are the most noticeable issues i can see the bike dose run but needs a good bump start
but wont tick over and is very slugish when trying to ride not gathering revs as such, but when in netrual will rev up and down prity well not taken revs to high what with being sat around for a while

any help would be greatfully recived

PS soon as i can ill have all the plate numbers of the undercover police cars, see and deal with the old bill alot at work (for harlow)
