I'm returning to Kent from Scotland and am looking for a house to rent for a year or maybe longer. I need 2 beds min, a garage for my P&J and off road parking for 2 more cars. Rents around 600 - 650 considered. Pref in the Maidstone area.
I am employed, have no pets or kids and am engaged to "Monica" from Friends!

Have a place in Heathfield 30 odd miles from Maidstone if that's any good.

Some excellent roads on the way.

I own a property company and have flats and houses in much of Kent. Email me directly if you want more info. Houses start at £1,100 per month but flats start lower. I have two houses available today near Maidstone, specifically at Kings Hill near West Malling. (King Hill is an excellent & safe area IMHO.)

I live in Maidstone and rentals are still very strong. For a house you are looking at nearer £800 to £1000 pcm unless you fancy living in a council area.
