Photo locations in Essex?

Afternoon all, i'll be taking a car out from ecurie25 next week, and would like to find a nice place to take some dramatic photos of it. Camera and cameraman quality is prety good (err, me and a Nikon D80), and the car is stunning.

I'm just after some inspiration really, as i know lots of folk have taken photos of their cars around the area.

I was thinking Shoeburyness, Maldon etc, they're quite pretty.

Will be doing daytime and dusk photos.

What sort of view do you want? Or just a general mix?

In Maldon you can take it down to the quayside by the Queens Head pub and get some nice shots (make sure tide is in or you get a lot of mud in the shot too). Other than that, head down into the dengie towards Burnham, it's a great drive - and there are a few places along the route - especially heading along the road to Burnham on Crouch - views from the road high up overlooking the river.

Always take all my pics down near North Fambridge , Can get nice & close to the waters edge as well

Friend of mine lives in Beirut. Sent me photos and it looks just like Essex but without the Pikeys and no Burberry either.

I've actually got my new rig so if you fancy experimenting with some cool bolt ons or car to car shots then I'd be happy to try some stuff out.

Ah yes, i ended up at North Fambridge, end of Ferry Road near the water.
