April 23rd - Drive it Day
Discussion
Some of you might have missed this, but owners of cars of a mature age would have heard of this.
The Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs, FBHVC, wants all owners of licensed historic vehicles to use them on 23 April, which this year happens to fall on a Sunday. This also happens to be St Georges Day too so that makes it a double celebration.
We, that is a me and a few of my friends who drive classic cars, have arranged to have a little cruise down to Southend on Sea on sunday. A friend of mine owns a 50's style American Diner in Southend so that is where we plan to meet up there ate around 12:30
If any of you fancy a trip down to Southend on Sunday, you would be most welcome.
