I live near Lakeside and use the A13 every day. Over the last few weeks, I've noticed that the traffic has got significantly worse queuing westbound in the mornings (even after 9am) for the traffic lights near the cinema. I am now regularly queuing almost back to the Ferry Lane junction when it only used to be queued from between the two Dagenham junctions before.

Would anyone happen to know if the phasing has been altered?
