Anyone have a heavy duty pneumatic coil spring compressor

I'm trying to compress some springs onto new shocks for a 2007 Cadillac Escalade. The springs are proper beefy, and of 3 garages I've tried none have been able to successfully compress the new springs enough.

I've tried a compressor like the one pictured below at the same time as the more basic compressor tools too!



Help!
