Best location for supercar experience days?

I've been gifted one of those Supercar experiences where you get to drive 3 supercars for 6 miles each then be a passenger for a fast lap. Very excited to do it but before I confirm the dates and locations I thought I would ask if anybody else has done them recently on here and if so any places to avoid? I've heard the North Weald track isn't great. There are a few options listed around me including Saffron Walden, Rushmoor arena, and Dunsfold for a small extra fee. Is it still good staying south or go north for somewhere like Rockingham or Bruntingthorpe? Don't want to go too far however, as my family want to watch and they're all based around the Essex/London area (south Essex, West London). Any advice would be much appreciated.

I'm a regular at North Weald airfield. I haven't done a supercar experience there but it seems much the same as other airfield locations - with the 'circuit' simply some cones on a big stretch of tarmac. Suspect you'll find other locations are much the same.

What is great about North Weald is it's an active airfield and has a couple of great cafes, which might make the day more memorable for all? If The Squadron has reopened (due any time soon after a refurb) it's a couple of metres from where planes take off and land, and they taxi right past the cafe. We've seen air ambulance, military helicopters, a Spitfire, biplane and other civilian aircraft all taxi and take off from there whilst enjoying a fantastic breakfast and cuppa.
