Anyone planning to take advantage of the bank holiday and good weather and head out for a drive early tomorrow morning?

May Day bikers run to Hastings, thousands of em hoofing it down the A21 from Lockbottom High Street.

We went to see them off but going out for a drive on BH Monday isnt usually an option as the traffic is murder!

New to the UK here, so lesson learnt for me.

Still, it’s an improvement from my home country where license penalty points are doubled on long weekends are cops are EVERYWHERE. I never used to drive on long weekends.

There was a 5km traffic jam heading into Camber - thankfully I was running against the traffic and avoided the worst of it.

Some of the worst bike riding I have ever seen on the a21 today. Not just idiots weaving through at silly speeds wearing t shirts but a group on Harleys holding up traffic riding side by side.

We need to make the most of this good weather and have a couple of runs a month!

I did goodwood Sunday morning and the roads were strangely quiet there and on the way back. driving
