drain/replace filter as you normally would...Wont ask what you've been smoking. Look out for the doom-mongers they will be falling over themselves on this one!

I wouldn't drive it.... Takes only a few basic tools to drop the oil. On my car it's a 32mm socket for the oil filter and a 19mm spanner for the sump. EASY. Do that rather than pay £150 at a garage.
If it's a £500 10 year old barge I'd probably risk 1.5 miles, especially if it is unleaded and not diesel. But it really is simple to drop the oil and not have to risk it at all...
Brake fluid would only be in the sump if it's not been started. once you started it'll go around, wouldn't be surprised if it "could" "possibly" eat oil seals.
