Another Chappell customer here. Have been one for the last 9 years. Dave C sold the business some time ago. Luke is running it now.
The only downside is the sparse public transport if you don't have anyone to give you a lift after dropping off your p&j.
Just one bus to Swanley. Mistime your walk to the nearest stop and it's an hour's twiddling your thumbs waiting for the next one.
Ditto when you want to collect.
