Some idiot planner at Parcelforce

I don't know if anyone else in Medway has had a delivery taken back to the depot, but some ME postcodes have been moved from Gillingham Depot to Crayford Depot.

On route planner for me, that means a 23mile/40min trip that actually takes me past the Gillingham depot if I go through the Medway tunnel.



It's things like this that make you wonder about the sanity of whatever retarded Parcelforce planner/manager that could come up with such an absolutely ridiculous idea.

I can only assume that the guy/girl/other was either high, or just a complete idiot to start with.


The upshot, is that you should check and see if your postcode is one of those moved and if so, ask anyone you buy from, NOT to use Parcelforce.



Oh, yeah. They can't send it to Gillingham - because they WANT Medway people to use Crayford, so do not bother asking.

Nope, I arranged for it to be redelivered, but they messed that up as well and never processed the request.

Will have to wait until next weekend now, as I can't get to Crayford before closing time midweek.

But why on earth is it not going there anyway . This will affect us too in maidstone my guess is that its to make you use the drop off at post office service that you have to pay extra for (recipient) .

One week on and no parcel delivered when the person on the phone at the depot last week said they would.

So much for the polite phone call approach.



But aside from the depot change of boundaries.

This is now three errors in a row.

1. Saying they will deliver to a post office and not.
2 saying they would deliver last weekend and failing.
3 saying they would deliver this weekend and failing.
