Mobile scratch repair - Medway area
Discussion
I have a few stone chips on my TVR and a scratch on my RR that I need to get sorted.
They are only small repairs so a mobile smart repair guy in the medway area would be perfect. I suspect the paint on my TVR is a bit of a unique mix (its meant to be ford imperial blue but its got a bit more purple in it than a standard imperial blue) so someone whos very good at colour matching is what I need.
Any recommendations?
Cheers

If your TVR colour is 'unique' you'll be very, very, very lucky to get a repair done Smart - mobile or static!
TVR's are notoriously difficult to colour match.
In all probability your colour was made by some bloke in the the TVR sprayshop shed who looked up imperial blue and very roughly followed the mix - so the colour he 'invented' had never existed and doesn't exist in any paint scheme.
As smart repairs rely heavily on accurate colour matching to known colours that have predetermined recipes the chances of getting one close enough to your colour is minimal to say the least - even if adjusted by hand tinting.
A colour spectrometer could be used to 'read' the paint colour and come up with a 'best match' - but even then on any repair of a 'bespoke' colour you should expect it needing to be blended into the adjacent panels at the very least.
Sorry
