Does anyone know of / recommend a Toyota specialist (or similar) that could diagnose an engineer management light on a newish Rav4? It’s for a friend

Tom most if not all garages will be able to carry out a diagnostic check on such a car and no need for a specialist in this case just find a recommended one near by to your friend.

I did say that to her but the one she tried locally couldn't help, apparently the car was too new, Hence the question

Yes. The Meopham Toyota Centre. Has a web address and he's been doing Toyotas for about 20 or 30 years. Used to be Supraman. Knows Toyotas inside out and does diagnostics. Give him a ring, he's called Allan. Tell him Martin recommended him.
