There may be regular local events going on?

I know the Dick Turpin on the A127 has a regular Tuesday & Wednesday night of Bikes & Classics/Yanks respectively.

The first Thursday of the month there is a large Classic Car meet here:
Chatham Dockyard - ME4 3ED
Any Classic welcome
Evening event from 6.00pm till late.

Don't know anything about tonight though frown

EDIT: Would it be worth popping a sticky with regular meets on maybe?

That Grenwich meet looks pretty awesome! We're going to pop to the lodge this evening for some food and sunset car watching i think

Just had a look on their site and I see its for "pre-1990 classic car and motorcycle enthusiasts". I've got an Ariel Atom, don't think that will fit in with their theme. Your car qualifies, even if the engine doesn't wink

I sent them a message on FB asking how strict their pre-1990 rules are in the hope my '98 Cerbera could sneak in.

No reply as yet, but I am tempted to take the TVR and park nearby. Wont be til gone 8:30 though.

Anyone know a good place to park nearby?

I think everyone is welcome but it's only the internal parking that is pre 1990 from what I can find out.
Going to print out a large photo of an A Series and pop on the fuel tank in the front to stop any questions! haha

If we aren't too late back, the Lodge is on our way home so will pop in smile

What about a quick "Greenwich vs Lodge" list for anyone in two minds?
The one with the most, we all change to?

29th August - G: Greenwich | L: Lodge
1. RemKingston - The Mini - G
2.

Greenwich
1. RemKingston - The Mini
2.

The Lodge
1. Toilet Duck - Atom

Would prefer the lodge as its not quite as far, and don't really want to get turned away at Grenwich or have to park out of site away from the venue smile

Cool, what time are you aiming to get there? Or do you know what time the "meet" starts there?

It's a good crowd with all cars welcome. There have been 911s, an Enzo amongst others that arrive
Food is great there also!
