Hey guys,

Do any of you know of any places with experience working with the Hydra EMS system?

Hydra: http://www.hydraems.com/

I'm looking to get a remap to make the engine a bit more refine/efficient as well as power output.
Also on the to do list is to enquire about launch control.

The system is controlling a EP3 K20 in a ZCars Mini with throttle bodies.

Many thanks in advance

Only person I know who does Hydra is Richard Bulmer @ Tracktive Solutions.

Excellent mapper, but not local frown

Melton Mowbray is half the distance to Z Cars in Hull so a great shout!

I'm going to sit on google for the evening but a recommendation is worth its weight in gold compared to a list of phone numbers from the interwebz!

You could always call Tom Gannon at TGM racing in Fleet.

He knows the K20 inside out and wears a halo in the Type R world. cool

P.S. Never got a good look at your mini on Saturday but it sounded naughty as you left the venue. laugh

I'll give Tom a call. Thank you!

Grab me at the next one and I'll take you for a spin in it. After getting back from Santa Pod it's quite amazing to actually see on paper how it compares to supercars for 5x time price!

Completely off topic, but your V-tec Mini and Frayz's Subaru literally made me chuckle out loud, with the noises both cars made when you both left!

Indeed it makes all that silly pop, wizz, bang chatter stuff.
I need to get someone else to drive it so I can listen to it really.

I think you won the noise trophy though with that gorgeous MC. wink

Your car sounded spot on Andy, although I may have mentioned that already!! laugh

At the next Horseshoe meet I could turn up in one of my works vehicles, 8-10mpg, 440bhp and 1350ft/lb of torque. Passenger rides are not a problem but with a 56mph top end the thrills will be limited!!! laugh
