Workshop space needed - East Kent...

I need somewhere for my tools and machines as I'm moving and will not have the space I currently have. Need something that's secure, dry, single phase electricity is fine. I need a space about the size of a double garage and it should have a dry, solid and flat floor capable of supporting a couple of machines circa 500kg each (so timber floored sheds for example probably not strong enough!)

Location needs to be within a 10 mile or so radius of Deal.

Any ideas?

The old mushroom farm on Hammil Road at Wood Ash (near Eastry) rents out hobby units. Very secure and dry. I shared one with a friend, a few years ago, and IIRC the rent was about £2k p.a. - but that was big enough for 6 cars, and there were smaller.
If you're interested, I think he uses Finns as the letting agents.
