We're pretty local so most of us dont have far to go (Im in Bromley)

Im sure theres talk of a convoy somewhere on the main thread but if we hatch a cunning nearer the time plan I'll post on here.

Yes, i'm going as taking part in the Dream Rides thing

I'll be setting off from Essex at Jct8 of M11, drivers brief isn't until 10:15 but i'm thinking i'll set off much earlier than necessary to avoid Saturday traffic and if i can get a recommendation for a decent breakfast near the Castle i'll do that and then get on site early doors to get the lie of the land

Think Breakfast will have to be a touch downmarket at the M20 services...... Jct 8 i think it is, nice and close. Have been told the food isn't actually too bad Time to be confirmed !

Or theres The Oakdene Cafe nearer the M25?? Has to be said the services are easier but you know not to set expectations too high!

Info from the organisers is that we'll have access to the Castle from 8am so i'm proposing breakfast at Maidstone Services M20 Jct 8 (ME17 1SS)....... reckon i'll be there between 6:30 & 7:00am then around 8ish will trundle up the road to the show as it's a only a few minutes away

There is a nice pub in Lenham called the Dog and Bear that do a lovely brekkie on a Sunday. Not far from the castle and with lenty of parking.

What a great day out, i went along with a friend in his kit car and was quite surprised when we arrived to find our 'spot' was here! Highlight was a quick blast in the second car in the pic - a cosworth powered Tiger with just shy of 400hp. Fun but fierce!
