Had my Clio speedlines done there in gloss black.
Not a finish I'd be happy with on a high end car but for my Clio they were fine. Especially at the price.
I'd use him again if need be, but maybe go elsewhere for proper painted rims if I wanted a flawless finish.
The powdercoated rims never look quite as nice as paint IMO.

Have seen a few sets they've done. Tend to concentrate on the front finish, but have noticed the bolt holes and rear of the wheels needed a bit more attention. If you tell them that you're looking for a uniform finish across the whole wheel they do tend to come back ok. As Frayz said good for what they charge.

Other than that Lepson if you want a supercar quality refurb but you'll pay for it.

I've had a set of alloys done by JP. Not brilliant finish but good enough and durable too and cheapest around. He'll fit new tyres too if you supply them at the same time but the set he fitted and balanced for me had my XJ shaking like a stting dog and needed doing again.

Had my Focus ST silver wheels powdercoated there. Thought the finish was good apart from slightly on the edge of the rims the metallic faded. Cheapest around I could find.

Wouldn't desperately run back there in particular but certainly wasn't disappointed apart from the balancing was well off though.

I've taken my wheels to Alloy Art in Southend last year and was pleased with the results.

Paid £ 247, for all 4 wheels and they look like new.

Before:

And after :

And they had some nice cars outside waiting to be done :
