Hello from a newbie

Hello chaps,

I'm Frayz, 29 from Maldon, Essex.

Keen petrol head and all out car fanatic. I've been on the boards for a while and realised I'd never actually introduced myself, or even posted for that matter.
I've 2 money pits for my sins, my daily is a Renaultsport Clio 182 and my toy is a Subaru Impreza Prodrive Edition STI.
Hopefully I will come and attend some meets with you this year.
The Lodge used to be a popular venue with the Essex Subaru owners, but its kind of fizzled out these days. But recall seeing a number of you PHers with all sorts from Lambos to Cosworths and always caught my attention.

Anyway, looking forward to meeting some of you,

We still regularly meet at the Lodge every 3rd Thursday, Next one is on 21st of February so we would be pleased to see you then.

The Essex meet is posted on the Kent and Essex section so pop along any time it suits you.

Welcome Frayz - I'll look out for your cars as I'm also from that area. As per Ken's reply, it's worth getting along to the Thursday evenings as it is a really friendly bunch of people that attend. The numbers dwindle a little thIs time of year but it seems like a hard-core group still attend!(only sorry I've not made it to many meets recently -will try harder over the next few months!)

Driving a barge at the moment, old mondeo as I try to sort out a new car. looking at BMW coupe but hard to find a decent one. Nearly brought one the other day until the RAC inspection came back with a load of hidden issues - dodged a bullet there.

Hi Mate, upgraded to a 3 series coupe - will keep an eye out for you arounf Maldon now I don't have any car shame .
