Trusted MOT garage in / near Dover?

I'm bringing a car back into the UK at the end of the month, it's been out of the country for several years and needs an MOT and tax on arrival to keep things legal. It's being serviced and checked over before I fly out to collect it but following a 1000+ mile jaunt back through Europe I want to have it pre-booked in for an MOT for the day of arrival and, pass allowing, get it taxed to make sure I don't fall foul of the police before bringing it back up to Yorkshire.

I have very little local knowledge beyond Dover being the place I had my first Donner Kebab and would appreciate if someone in the area could give me some trusted garages that won't try it on.

Eric Road Test Centre is the one that keeps popping up in Google searches but that might just be because they are good at SEO rather than being the best

They are through Dover, but its close enough to the port not to worry at all, 5-10 minutes depending how busy it is with the ferry / ies chucking out
