Parcel Force - North Essex Depot

Not entirely sure where best to post this, but decided this forum is as good as any.
If you are serviced by the North Essex Parcel Force depot, and have been waiting for a package from overseas, check the tracking number/call them.
Apparently, they have been having problems with their systems and have not been sending out notices for held packages (for customs charges etc), mine had been sitting in the depot since the 10th September with me none the wiser. It was just lucky I checked today, wondering where it was (I was expecting a customs charge to show up), as they send them back after 21 days!
So, if you are expecting something, check, track or call.
