This is a new one on me (in Essex at least). I couldn't identify the make when I saw it on the A12 last week, but be aware of any black bike with silver features (possibly frame) with a rider in a yellow fluorescent jacket. He had just pulled over a car when I scooted past.

He (?) was sat in a side road onto the A414 near North Weald airfield about 40 minutes ago, I wonder if hes going to bike fest at the airfield?

Or just waiting to salute the bikers going back and forth.......

Months ago he used to sit on the on slip at the A12 south at Witham. Behind the bushes so you couldnt see him as you approached

Almost as bad as the police Discovery which sits on the Northbound side of the most Northern Chelmsford junction - in the bushes between the motorway and slip. It's a bad enough junction (one lane merging, one joining with limited visibility) without the adding complication of a police car and every other motorist hitting their brakes. Sigh...

The regular one on the a13 is a matte black r1, rider is all black apart from the reflective police sign on his back. Also a black skoda octavia is the normal anpr toy.
