Good sales staff, recommend Ian. But the service side is dreadful in my opinion. Bought my Audi A6 Quattro 2.5 TDi there has had a knocking noise from the front suspension ever since which B & D Specialist cars diagnosed and listened to but Mark Lilly Diesels can't find or won't. I know it's the CV joint and i have told them a number of times that it is, but they just can't identify it. Not happy with them. If you buy a car there, make sure it's perfect before you give them a deposit. I will say, though, that they are always willing to take it in for a look, even if their garage staff aren't able to fix it. Trouble is it takes me an hour to get there!
