My guess is that it's parts stolen to replace smashed items for popular cars.
In which case I reckon they will be caught quickly.
However, IF I now notice less of those inbred retards who drive around the local roads with foglights on with their dipped beam in all weathers 'co's it's exotic init', - it would be amusing to think that was the reason behind it all.
