Team Traction, Canterbury?

Anybody bought from these guys, I have been trawiling their site and like the look of one of the cars.. any experiences bad or good would be welcome... I'm from Edinburgh so don't want to travel down if they're shady lol

I've very limited experience with them, went to look at a current shape Grand Vitara 3dr and an 08 Swift Sport with a mate. After about 20mins nosing about we went in and asked if they could unlock the two cars so we could have a look. This seemed to take effort from lunch, but it was done, though they kept trying to lock the Swift from the showroom, even though we were still in it. Went in to ask for more details on the Swift, bloke just give us a print out and sent us on our way. Pretty useless.

Give captain zep a shout if you can, he bought a Volvo V70 from them a few years back... Might find him in the Wales forums now.

To be honest I have had an awful experience with them first selling me a car which was broke then lying to me that it was my wife's driving, and forgetting to mention they sold the car 3 months previous to as it happens a friends parents who returned the car to them with the same fault which they said they forgot when quizzed they refunded him but when I asked was told don't do refunds! Avoid

yeah i've always been told to avoid them, never really had cause to visit but its just one of those places you're told not to bother with. i'm sure you can find the car you're looking for closer to home

Not to mention most of the stuff on the website they haven't even got on site, I asked about an exchange with one of the cars on website and told it was sold two months later they are still advertising it! And as for after sales ................... Don't get me started

Well after refusing to refund and not being able to fix the car after being in there for months, getting car fixed elsewhere replacing items they said they had done. Not good story going in newspaper next week then court, so not good avoid
