Anyone with a BIG van/lorry in medway?
Discussion
Hi, bit of a longshot this one...
If anyone out there is willing to help, I am after transporting an 8x8ft garage door from my parents house to my place (about 1/2 a mile).
At the moment my only option is to hire a flat bed lorry for an entire/weekend for £££.
So if anyone is about over the weekend and willing to do a fellow PHer a favor I'd be very gratefull and happy to pay for your services.
Thanks
Lee

Sorry think you misread my post don't have a van myself (But if you can figure out how to carry a garage door on a Caterham I'm open to offers!)
I was only trying to broaden your options.
Ahh I see, yeah I dont think a garage door would quite fit on a caterham, although I would make for a funny photo! I was only trying to broaden your options.

Could strap & blankets to the ladder racks on the roof of the Jeep if it just 1/2 a mile TBH. Ping me a PM if you want.
You supply the straps & duvet (to protect the door & my ladder racks).
Thanks for the offer but I've been offered to do that with my parents Rangie, would rather not risk damaging anyones car though. You supply the straps & duvet (to protect the door & my ladder racks).
Cheers
