Tyre places? How does this quote sound?
Discussion
So, its that time of year where the Twingo RS needs new front rubber as it's starting to get a little skittish.
I've done a bit of poking about and one of the best prices I've been quoted was Lepsons at £120 all in for Conti Sport Contact 3's. Which doesn't seem bad considering how obscure the Twingo's tyre size is. (195/40/17/W or V)
I seem to remember this was where one of the winter sunday services were, so I take it Lepsons are good?
Does anyone recommend anywhere else for the north-Kent area?
Cheers in advance!

RM tyres, they are always cheap, but there is a reason for that.

If you can take the wheels off and take them in another car that would be best, as it is all about how quick they can get you in and out, and I don't think they have heard of a torque wrench.

Taking the rims off isn't really an option I'm afraid. It's not only the price I was concerned with, making sure the rims aren't marked is also a big thing to me, I presume Lepsons are usually good? http://www.autoinsider.co.uk/local/tyre-dealers/ai...

I know its only a little warm hatch... but it is my pride and joy with pristine rims atm, I'd like for them to stay that way!

Lepsons are great, I get my own tyres and take them to Lepsons to have them fitted, figured if anyone should know how to get tyres on and off alloys without marking them it should be Lepsons!
This was my reasoning. Unfortunately it's not really that much of a difference to get my own, conti sport contact 3's seem to all be the same price, or at least from the places I've looked. So I thought I might as well just keep it simple and get them there! Inverness said:

What's the reason for that then? Always seem to get good reviews even on here, and they used a torque wrench when they did mine a couple of months ago.http://www.autoinsider.co.uk/local/tyre-dealers/ai...
